MUSIC CUP is an entertainment product for creating personal song tournaments. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes and share the results it generates.

Third-Party Catalog Data

Artist names, track metadata, artwork, and audio previews are supplied by Apple through the iTunes Search API. MUSIC CUP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Spotify, record labels, artists, or their representatives.

Availability and accuracy of catalog content can vary by country and may change without notice. MUSIC CUP does not guarantee that an artist's complete discography will be available.

Audio and Artwork

Audio previews remain hosted by Apple. You may not use MUSIC CUP to scrape, download, redistribute, or commercially exploit third-party audio or artwork.

Fair Use of the Service

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, automate abusive traffic, manipulate public rankings, or submit unlawful content.

Availability

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Tournament progress stored only in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data or use a different device.
